Motivation comes and goes.
I know, I haven't posted in a week. However, this post really isn't about that...
More about the fact that I cannot seem to get motivated to work out lately.
At all.
Ugh!! I've worked out off and on these past couple of weeks, but NOTHING like I should be doing. I need to sit down and construct a plan for my workouts, go at least 5 days a week, and actually eat like I should eat. Otherwise, it's going to be a big waste of my time. Summer's coming up, I feel bloated, I pay for a membership every month, Kelly Olexa's kickass birthday in April... this should all be perfectly good motivation for me, right? Yet, I keep putting it off. Help!!
I confess, I ate a big fat breakfast this morning that was so not good for me.
But, am I going to let that ruin my day and decide NOT to work out? No.

I'm just going to kick butt and eat healthy the rest of the day, and just work a little harder at the gym.
Wish me luck. I'm going to need it.
P.S. Anyone have any suggestions on how the heck to get to bed at a decent hour and get up... ON TIME... without hitting snooze on an average of FOUR times? Yeah...

I'd suggest following GirlWithNoName both on Twitter and on her own blog.
Twitter - http://twitter.com/girlwithnoname
Blog - http://www.girlwithnoname.com
She uses Twitter as a resource for both helping others and holding herself accountable to working out and eating well. She posts information about her meals on Twitter that way if she eats something she isn't supposed to she has to post it on Twitter.
I would check out a few of her posts on her sidebar under the Other Vlogs You Might Like Section. I especially recommend checking out her motivation post which is at http://www.girlwithnoname.com/2008/11/lets-motivate/
P.S. As far as the whole bed thing, the more you start working out and eating healthier the better you will sleep. You won't be as tired in the morning when you wake up and you shouldn't have too much trouble actually "getting up".
